Are you eager to join the global industry leader in video management software?  Are you a service minded, results-oriented student wishing to acquire experience in a rapidly growing sector?  Have you been one of the best performing people in your previous team? Then we have the ideal job for you!

The work schedule will be flexible according to your studies, but we expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours a week.

Join a new team with high aspirations

We are looking for 1 student worker to be part of our CARE team. The Milestone CARE is a complete suite of operational maintenance and support services for organizations using the Milestone surveillance products.

Your primary responsibility will be to support our team by preparing quotes and engaging with our resellers across the EMEA region for Care renewals and reactivations. You will play a key role within an established and collaborative team, where we are committed to providing you with the support, tools, and working environment you need to succeed. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to develop professionally, expand your expertise, and grow your skills.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting our EMEA team by managing Care renewal and reactivation activities, with a strong focus on quote preparation, opportunity management, and partner engagement. Your main responsibility will be to support resellers and distributors by creating accurate and timely Care renewal and reactivation quotes, guiding them through available options, and ensuring a smooth process from request to completion.

You will play an important role in our established team by building strong relationships with partners through phone and email communication, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible support. You will not sell directly to end customers; instead, you will enable and influence our partners to successfully position and sell our Care offerings.

Tasks:

  • Prepare and manage Care renewal and reactivation quotes for EMEA resellers and distributors, ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Support partners throughout the Care renewal and reactivation process, providing guidance on options, contract terms, pricing, and the best solutions for their customers.
  • Follow up on quote requests and reactivation opportunities to drive progress and successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and distributors through proactive communication via phone and email.
  • Provide sales support on licensing, pricing, product information, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and track quoting activities, renewals, reactivations, and results in Salesforce.

Preferred skills and competencies:

You are an easy-going, well-spoken, and ambitious individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships. You are fluent in English, and additional language skills in Italian, French, German, Spanish, or other languages are considered a strong advantage.

You are curious about solution-based selling and understand that successful sales go beyond simple transactions. You are interested in learning how to create value through strong stakeholder management, accurate data handling, and effective collaboration. We will provide the training and support you need to develop these skills.

In this role, you will become an important part of our highly skilled and diverse EMEA team, working closely with resellers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support successful Care renewal and reactivation processes. You will help partners find the right solutions for their customers by preparing accurate quotes, managing opportunities, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial request to completion.

You will join a truly unique growth company where you will work with talented people from different nationalities and gain valuable experience in an international, collaborative environment.
