RESPONSIBILITIES:
GENERAL
- Assist in project-based M&A initiatives, including research, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence support for potential acquisitions or divestitures
- Support initiatives driven by the Office of the President, including preparing presentations, reports, and analyses for senior leadership
- Conduct industry and market analysis to inform project decisions and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (corporate development, finance, legal, operations) to coordinate project activities
- Track progress of ongoing projects, prepare summaries, and assist in managing timelines and deliverables
- Help gather and analyze data relevant to strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed by senior management
- Upholds the principles of the Magna Employee's Charter, Magna's Operational Principles, Magna's Environmental Health and Safety Policy & Procedures, MML Quality Policy, Program Execution Process and Business Protocols. Must understand and respect the laws and cultures in countries which Magna conducts business & Magna compliances.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applicable to project work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Some experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques preferred
- Excellent communication skills, capable of preparing clear presentations and reports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The majority of the job is performed in a standard office environment with minimal risk or harmful elements.
- Occasional visits to manufacturing facilities
- Job requires dealing with confidential and sensitive information and situations.
- Job requires handling of stressful situations
- Valid Driver's License required
