- Formación Académica: Carrera técnica o Ingeniería trunca / en curso (preferentemente en áreas industriales).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puestos de liderazgo operativo o como técnico/a de producción con responsabilidades similares.
- Conocimientos:
- Procesos de manufactura (estampado, ensamble u otro relacionado con la empresa).
- Indicadores de producción y calidad.
- Herramientas básicas de solución de problemas.
- Manejo de Office básico (Excel, Outlook).
- Habilidades:
- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Comunicación asertiva.
- Proactividad y toma de decisiones.
- Orientación a resultados
- Personal a cargo directo: de 10 a 25 operadores por turno.
- Turnos rotativos: sí, según programación de planta.
