Job Description:
The Supply Chain Transformation role will partner with business and technology teams to bring to life data driven use cases. They will act as the conduit between the agile delivery teams and the business to ensure resources are correctly utilized and they are delivering value. This individual will be building strong relationship with business stakeholders by developing and delivering and will play a critical part in delivering the D&A tools and capabilities as needed.
What are we looking for?- Overall, 3-5 years of experience in data and analytics.
- 2+ years of Supply/Manufacturing Analytics experience is an asset.
- Practitioner experience in the Supply Chain space or Experience in Materials, Demand or Production Planning (asset).
- Power Platform experience (Power Automate Service, including management of workspaces, creating and maintaining Data pipelines using Dataflows and MS Fabric).
- PowerBI experience is a must.
- Strong track record of customer facing success and business acumen in working with teams to identify problems to solve, and bringing possibilities to life.
- Understands the technology landscape and can navigate through technology stack discussions to identify tradeoffs of choices.
- Ability to anticipate the impact of choices and interdependencies across markets, regions and segments.
- Strong story-telling skills with ability to educate non-digitally savvy leadership & staff, working across multiple levels.
- Customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationships with business leaders, IT personnel and project leaders.
Working with Canadian Stakeholders to bring the Demand Planning Team’s software to life, while creating sustainable solutions through reporting, including:
- Partnering for Impact: Partner with a wide group of stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to collaboratively transform our collective capabilities and maturity, and drive a culture of data driven, informed decision-making.
- Reporting and Automation: Conceptualize and Design reports for the Demand Planning and Supply Planning areas, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making.
- Performance measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of analytics products.
- Create the right Culture: Implement a culture of collaborative progress, and continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining data and analytics processes to align with evolving business requirements.
