Job Description

We are establishing an ongoing pool of qualified resources that could be contacted if and when a suitable contract opportunity is presented. Please note this is not a employment position.

You will be contacted if and when we receive a suitable contract opportunity.  We anticipate that most contracts would be for the Canadian federal government and most of the work to be conducted in Ottawa.

Qualifications

We are looking for junior, intermediate and senior level system analysts. 

The resource must have 5 (5=junior, 5-9=intermediate, 10+=senior) or more years experience performing the of the following tasks:

  • Develop requirements, feasibility, cost, design, and specification documents for systems.
  • Implement systems to support projects, departments, organizations or businesses.
  • Translate business requirements into systems design and specifications.
  • Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications for systems development, design and implementation.

Most of the experience should have been obtained working with Canadian Government departments.

The resource should have a valid Government of Canada security clearance at a level of enhanced reliability or higher. 

Fluency in english and french will be considered an asset.
