About the role
The System Analyst is responsible to analyze system requirements and develop efficient database solutions that support organizational operations, ensure data integrity, and improve system performance.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage ICT-based monitoring and decision-support systems for real-time project tracking
Design and implement a web-based GIS platform for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Integrate data from field surveys, environmental and social compliance, and progress monitoring into the system.
Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms
Train project staff on system usage, data entry, and report generation
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in developing ICT systems for project monitoring
Has the demonstrated ability to consistently
Develop and manage ICT and GIS systems for project monitoring.
Integrate diverse data sources into unified platforms.
Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery
Train staff on system use and reporting
Collaborate effectively with project teams.
Solve technical issues to improve system performance
