Boeing Vancouver has an opportunity for a System Deployment and Implementation Specialist (Experienced, Senior, or Lead) to join their team in Richmond, BC.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced, Senior, and Lead Level System Deployment and Implementation Specialists.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter who understands the importance of collaboration as this position will be responsible for deployment of our Aircraft Maintenance products for customers around the world. You will be responsible for:
  • Analyzing contractual implementation requirements for delivery of customer solution.
  • Delivering documentation and training for the integrated solution.
  • Ensuring Customer Value is achieved through an effective, complete Implementation.
  • Managing commitments with customers and resolving issues that could affect On Time Delivery.
  • Acting as a consultant for and coordinating with customer's end users and Internal development organizations for both process and technical challenges during implementation.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Analyze delivery systems requirements and design/build systems to support standard company solutions.
  • Establish and lead technology insertion projects.
  • Resolve technical issues in support of implementation plans.
  • Communicate directly with customers on technical issues both on site and remotely.
  • Create installation artifacts for all work done.
  • Train customer users on the overall solution.
  • Transition customer to the support organization for ongoing support.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in systems deployment role for software in an integrated environment.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of experience integrating Mobile Applications into operational organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Airline Maintenance Operations Experience.

Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Salary pay range:
Level 3: CAD 81,000.00 - CAD 144,000.00
Level 4: CAD 94,000.00 - CAD 168,000.00
Level 5: CAD 116,000.00 - CAD 207,000.00
