- Run agile workflows. Keep work moving and priorities clear
- Own IT operations. Access, endpoints, processes, documentation
- Drive security practices. Patching, access control, incident readiness
- Manage AWS, servers (Windows & Linux), and infrastructure
- Oversee hosting platforms (Plesk, WordPress)
- Improve automation, DevOps, and deployment workflows
- Strengthen uptime, monitoring, and disaster recovery
- Participate in on-call and support production when it matters

What You Bring
- Experience leading a small technical team

- Solid AWS experience (IAM, networking, compute, storage)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Git workflows
- Experience with hosting environments (Plesk, WordPress)
- Comfort with incident response and on-call environments
