- Analyze and document end-to-end system workflows and dependencies
- Identify gaps and drive improvements across existing platforms and processes
- Define requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and optimizations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with system architecture and constraints
- Maintain clear traceability from business needs to system-level execution
- Support testing and validation to ensure solution integrity and performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Systems or IT Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to document process flows, system interactions, and requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and break down complex systems
