Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst

Do you have a passion for data and problem-solving? As an Advanced Data Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise to support Eventus Clients with SQL queries, data integration, definitions, methodologies, data discovery, and validation. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
In this role, you will use your skills to interpret and analyze complex data sets, assist in the development of data models, and ensure data quality. Your work will be instrumental in helping clients automate business processes and derive meaningful insights from their data.

Qualifications for success:• Experience working with CXone/NICE inContact data, CSAT data, specifically survey data (Feedback Manager), ACD, IVR data• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and writing queries.• Experience with data integration and data pipeline tools, such as AWS Lambda and Glue.• Experience working with Contact Center, CSAT data, specifically survey data (Feedback Manager), ACD, and IVR data. - NICE strongly preferred• Strong understanding of contact center data definitions, methodologies, and dimensional data modeling principles.• Proven ability to perform data discovery and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.• Data normalization, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.• US citizen• Drug and background checks will be required for this role.
Additional Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes• Collaborate with the BI team to design and implement data models and dashboards• Ensure data integration processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable• Perform data cleansing, normalization, and standardization to maintain high data quality• Document data definitions, methodologies, and best practices• Conduct training sessions for end-users to help them understand data reports and platform functionality• Interface with key business and project team members to facilitate seamless execution of requirements• Analyze and resolve cross-functional data issues• Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance data management practices
Contractor hourly rates will vary depending on level of experience $45-60/hour.
