Knix is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the expansion of our Retail teams! In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying top talent for hourly in-store positions, partnering with store leaders to understand staffing needs, and owning the recruitment process end-to-end for our new locations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Retail Operations, and Payroll to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

The Opportunity:

  • Support new store recruitment from résumé reviews to extending offers and launching onboarding
  • Screen candidates for hourly roles and identify strong talent to join our growing Retail teams
  • Execute on end-to-end administrative tasks including preparing job offers and documents, managing background checks, scheduling interviews, and keeping our systems and reports accurate
  • Become a subject matter expert in our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and partner with TA leadership to unlock automation and process improvements
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships by ensuring clear, timely, and human communication throughout their hiring and onboarding journey
  • Contribute to ongoing TA process improvements and documentation
  • Support recruitment-related events, initiatives, and special programs

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources
  • Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role managing multiple requisitions and clients
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to create great candidate and employee experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Professionalism, maturity, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Openness to a broad range of administrative tasks as part of a small but mighty TA team
