Job Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate… 

To join us for a summer Talent Acquisition internship! This position is ideal for a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student passionate about Talent Acquisition, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging behavior-based assessments to make better talent decisions  

 

This hybrid role requires a weekly in-person meeting in the Denver Metro Area. Candidate must be in, or able to easily travel to the Denver Metro Area for the summer to be considered. Minimal additional travel may be required, as a benefit of the position. 

 

You’re a great fit if you can… 

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data 
  • Provide support to the talent acquisition team 
  • Assist in implementing a systematic and standard approach to candidate selection 

 

Exciting candidates have… 

  • Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2025, prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field 
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August) 
  • Be based in the Denver Metro area 
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

 

Compensation Range: 

$20 - $25 / hour 

 

Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
