Talent Acquisition Knowledge Management and Communication Specialist

At Mckesson, we believe in empowering our talent acquisition team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. We are seeking a dynamic Knowledge Management and Communication Governance Specialist to join our team and drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our knowledge management systems and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge Management Governance (KMG)

  • Develop and implement a robust knowledge management governance framework to ensure seamless access to the latest process and technology information.
  • Maintain comprehensive end-to-end process mapping by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors, ensuring consistency and adherence to governance standards.

Communication channel

  • Manage and optimize various communication platforms (e.g., Intranet sites, HR chat bot, Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), Internal TA document repository, TA Operations Email, People Leader postcard, COE newsletter, All HR Teams Channel) to effectively disseminate strategic updates and best practices.
  • Create engaging communication and training materials, except when a Project Management (PM) team is assigned to the task.

TA Onboarding

  • Collaborate with People Leaders to develop and implement an onboarding training curriculum tailored for new Talent Acquisition (TA) team members, focusing on TA processes and technology stack.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and updates of curriculum content to reflect the latest process changes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and training initiatives, tracking their impact over time.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously refine and adjust programs, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.

Upskilling TA Strategy

  • Coordinate TA upskilling programs with SMEs that focus on technical and soft skills, provide expert advice on adapting programs and content to diverse learning styles for optimal impact.
  • Leverage vendor capabilities, SMEs expertise, and collaborate with external consultants and HR training teams.
  • Act as a single point of contact for delivery teams, requiring strong coordination and project management skills within the talent management domain.
  • Provide expert advice on timing and integration of upskilling initiatives with other enterprise, HR and TA training programs.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a knowledge management or related role, preferably within a large organization or in a consulting capacity.
  • 3 years in project management or a coordination role within talent management or other human resources fields.
  • 3 years in communications management or training development roles, with a focus on creating engaging and informative content.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to support internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Proficiency in spoken and written French is an asset but not required.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$77,000 - $128,300
