Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about identifying top talent quickly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive to fill roles with minimal time-to-fill. The ideal candidate is hungry for targets, energized by hitting and exceeding KPIs, and able to balance high performance with a positive, fun, and collaborative attitude.
Contract: ASAP- End of August 2026 (possible extension)
Hourly Wage: $22/hour
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional productivity and accuracy.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using search engines, social media, job boards, and recruitment technology.
- Proactively network, cold-call, and engage passive and active candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of client programs and required candidate profiles.
- Promote Mosaic’s brand and value proposition to candidates.
- Conduct prescreens, interviews, and candidate presentations to hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS.
- Respond quickly to urgent hiring needs.
- Research and implement new sourcing channels and strategies.
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or high-volume preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment legislation.
- Experience in retail, call center, customer service, sales, door to door or promotions is an asset.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment platforms.
- Highly goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
