How You'll Make An Impact
Boomi is growing, and we’re looking for a Sourcer/Early in Career Recruiter to help us find, attract, and engage top talent! In this role, you will be a trusted partner on the TA team, building diverse, high-impact pipelines through strategic sourcing and engaging early-career talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping Boomi’s hiring success, championing modern sourcing techniques, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing
- Identify and engage top talent across the organization, primarily Sales/GTM, Engineering, Marketing, G&A, and Product
- Leverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse ATS) to proactively build strong talent pipelines
- Engage and assess candidates through first-round screens, ensuring alignment with Boomi’s culture and values
- Nurture relationships with passive candidates, building future-ready pipelines
- Champion modern sourcing techniques to enhance team capabilities and drive innovation
- Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate data within Greenhouse (ATS), CRM, and other tools
- Ensure an exceptional experience for candidates by providing timely communication and insights
Campus/University Recruiting
- Support and execute early-career hiring strategies, using Handshake and other platforms
- Build relationships with universities through career centers, student organizations, and faculty
- Represent Boomi at career fairs and campus events (some seasonal travel required)
- Enhance Boomi’s employer brand by engaging students through social media, partnerships, and events
The Experience You Bring:
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing platforms like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake
- Understanding of Sales/GTM and/or technical hiring (experience sourcing these functions is highly preferred)
- Passion for early career hiring, with experience in university relations or hiring new grads/interns
- Ability to influence passive talent through personalized outreach and compelling storytelling
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset to help drive sourcing strategies forward

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $95,000- $115,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
