We're looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Talent Strategist to architect and drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives, including owning complex talent challenges, innovating solutions, and proactively shaping a high-performance, future-ready culture. You'll act as a critical partner to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders, translating strategic objectives into actionable talent strategies that foster growth, engagement, and organizational capability.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Talent Architecture & Consulting:

  • Own and Solve Complex Talent Challenges: Proactively identify and diagnose critical talent opportunities across the organization. Develop and implement innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance talent development and retention.

  • Performance & Growth Enablement: Strategically evolve and oversee the performance and goal-setting framework (e.g., "Boomi Plan on a Page"). Drive adoption of continuous performance feedback and development, leveraging data and best practices to optimize individual and team effectiveness.

Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Building:

  • Engagement Transformation: Design, implement, and interpret employee engagement surveys. Consult with HRBPs and leaders to translate complex data into strategic action plans that enhance employee connection, drive retention, and cultivate a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
  • Learning & Development Strategy: Act as a strategic consultant for organizational learning. Curate and implement a learning ecosystem that prepares our talent for future roles. Evaluate the impact of learning interventions and continuously refine the learning strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Data-Driven Insights & Predictive Analytics:

  • Advanced People Analytics: Lead the analysis of talent, performance, and engagement data. Leverage analytics and AI tools to generate insights, identify emerging trends, and recommend proactive talent strategies that mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Strategic Reporting & Influence: Develop and present compelling, actionable reports and insights. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement across all talent programs

The Experience You Bring:

  • Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven Impact: 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic talent management, organizational development, or an HR Business Partner role, with a demonstrated track record of owning and solving complex talent problems and delivering measurable results
  • Strategic & Consulting Acumen: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, influence at all levels, and provide expert consultation to HRBPs and business leaders on a wide range of talent effectiveness topics

  • Change Leadership & Innovation: Experience leading significant organizational change initiatives and a strong passion for exploring and implementing innovative, technology-enabled solutions in the talent space
  • Program & Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional talent initiatives from conception through successful implementation and evaluation.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Superior communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence diverse stakeholders, and translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
