The team is using the following technologies:
Frontend: JS/TS, React, Material UI
API: Python, Node.js
Backend: Java, Go, Erlang, Elixir
CICD: Cloudbuild, Spinnaker
On a daily basis, we are using the Scrum framework with an open-minded attitude to adapt the process to our needs. Within the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a full-stack team of SWEs and SDETs focusing on different domains (both frontend and backend), as well as be a part of the API Guild focusing on making impactful changes to our tools and processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead engineering team to deliver high-quality end-to-end products and features.
- Design high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems
- Architect, create, and deliver new features and functionality
- Work with Product to drive the requirements, and own the project end-to-end
- Work with Product and UX teams to bring consumer-grade user experience and design to the
- enterprise
- Work with Engineering and Product teams distributed across multiple locations
- Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processes
- Think long-term and be unsatisfied with band-aids
- Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with building SaaS applications using JavaScript/TypeScript (including Node.js)
- 1 + years of experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead of an Engineering Team
- Experience with databases system design, RDBMs, or NoSQL
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform - nice to have
- Experience working in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is a big plus
- Communicative Polish and English
