The Technical Analyst - Tooling Administration will be responsible to contribute the successful delivery of complex technology programs and projects supporting Peacock's roadmap for global expansion and scale as well as supporting the day-to-day operation of the Global Delivery organization through data management, reporting, and tooling. A strategic thinker and pragmatic problem-solver, the candidate will lead and partner across a global organization to deliver a best-in-class multi-tenant platform syndicated to multiple international partners: Peacock in the US, SkyShowtime across 20+ European countries, and Showmax across 40+ African countries.
The Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Jira and Confluence to support complex project management and collaboration and will also support the Portfolio Operations team in a variety of other projects and activities. They ensure best practices and adherence to broader governance controls, including managing site and application access with a strong emphasis on security. Additionally, they provide day to day customer support and training, and create and maintain detailed documentation on all tooling, reporting, etc., both internal and customer-facing.
This position will report to the Manager, Tools & Technology, and will work in a highly matrixed structure, interfacing with business, product, delivery, architecture, and engineering teams across NBCU, Sky, and the wider Comcast group.

Responsibilities:
- Manage user access to the Global Streaming Atlassian environment, alongside other tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet and Tableau.
- Field user requests by engaging with users and stakeholders from all areas of the organization to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Maintain the primary Jira Service Management support queue for the Global Streaming site
- Engage and partner closely with other Atlassian admin teams, as well as Cybersecurity and Compliance, to support cross-organization tooling enhancements and initiatives
- Create and maintain thorough documentation on tooling
- Maintain Confluence site navigation and page hierarchy to enable effective self-service for tooling documentation and documentation on ways of working, process, delivery, and portfolio operations
- Administer Smartsheet for the Global Streaming organization, including user access
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting for tool and data repositories in response to ad hoc requests and strategic portfolio operations projects
- Engage with Portfolio Leads across Global Delivery to improve portfolio health KPIs

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience administering Jira, Confluence, and JSM (preferably Cloud), including access management
- Thorough knowledge of JQL, JIRA filters, dashboards, and native reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in configuring complex workflows, screens, fields, and permissions
- Proficiency in Jira Automations
- Familiarity with Scriptrunner, Groovy and/or other scripting languages, including Java, as well as familiarity with Jira REST APIs
- 1+ year working in Tableau, including report and dashboard creation, alongside utilizing calculated fields to create visual elements
- Familiarity with Tableau report creation including complex calculated fields
- Proficiency with SQL and Tableau's syntax
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 product suite including Sharepoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate stakeholder requirements into functional solutions
Desired Characteristics:
- Jira certifications (e.g. ACP-100)
- Experience with both Jira and Confluence migrations (Jira CSV, Confluence Backup, and/or JCMA/CCMA)
- Tableau certifications (e.g. Tableau Desktop Specialist)
- Scrum master experience and/or working knowledge of how to deploy and manage Agile teams in Jira
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet including granting user access and permissions
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft AD and Azure
- Experience with third party tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Forms, Airtable)
- Working knowledge of GitHub
- Familiarity with QA tools such as TestRail or Qmetry
- Experience with other Atlassian products (e.g., Product Discovery, Goals, Align)
