How You’ll Make An Impact

Boomi AI team is responsible for enabling our customers to transform into AI-driven organizations. We’re focused on making current and future automations better for enterprises at scale —improving existing capabilities through AI and shaping new agentic workflows. We collaborate across the company, as our work depends on and impacts many teams.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to bring our Boomi AI products to the next level. The ideal candidate has experience building products for the enterprise and is passionate about working with strategic customers and our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role requires close collaboration with our engineering, design, partnerships, research, and GTM teams.

What You’ll Do 

  • Define and execute on the AI product roadmap to unlock productivity across the enterprise
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and translate feedback into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Partner with engineering and UX teams to drive end-to-end product development — from concept to release — with high velocity and quality
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, security, legal and GTM teams to bring features to market in a timely and cohesive manner
  • Leverage quantitative data to inform prioritization, guide roadmap decisions, and measure product success

 The Experience You Bring

  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on integrations, automation, data management and API management products; preferably 7+ years
  • Hands on product ownership and execution on the roadmap to deliver value to customers; product sense and contributing to customer success
  • Strong understanding of API integration, automation, or iPaaS solutions preferred
  • Have proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones
  • Experience with GenAI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI, LangChain, or similar)
  • Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics or a related field.

Vancouver, BC - Hybrid

Compensation and Benefits 

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $168,444 - 210,555 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
