TechInsights is seeking a Technical Product Manager, High Performance Computing (HPC) to define and grow two of our most technically advanced and strategically important product verticals (Advanced Packaging, HPC).
In this role, you will shape the content roadmap that informs the world’s leading semiconductor and system companies about how chips and packages are designed, built, and integrated. You will translate market needs and customer workflow challenges into fact-based syndicated content that connects wafer-level innovation to advanced packaging and system performance.
You will work at the intersection of semiconductor process technology, system design, and business strategy, collaborating with expert analysts, engineering teams, and commercial stakeholders to deliver insights that illuminate how advanced integration and compute architectures are evolving.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on how the semiconductor industry understands innovation in areas such as next-generation HPC processors, high-performance interconnects and packaging, Silicon photonics, and high bandwidth memory (HBM) integration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Shape the Product Roadmap
  • Collaboratively define and maintain clear product and content roadmaps for the Advanced Packaging and HPC verticals, aligned with TechInsights’ strategic objectives.
  • Establish and communicate content selection criteria that determine which technologies, devices, and components will be analyzed.
  • Lead roadmap reviews and prioritize deliverables based on customer value, market relevance, and cross-functional capability.
  • Partner with sourcing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure readiness, quality, and timely delivery of content.
Translate Market Needs into Content
  • Identify workflow-integrated customer problems across foundries, fabless companies, equipment makers, and system OEMs.
  • Monitor technology roadmaps for advanced logic, HBM, Silicon photonics, interconnect, and packaging to identify key inflection points.
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and emerging industry trends to ensure TechInsights maintains a differentiated and forward-looking position.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop messaging that clearly articulates product value to technical and business audiences.
Drive Technical and Analytical Excellence

  • Sponsor and manage new product introductions (NPIs) and enhancements that deepen the analytical and predictive value of the product.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insight for customers and internal stakeholders.
Engage with Clients and the Market
  • Act as the product’s subject matter expert for customer briefings, platform demonstrations, and supporting industry events.
  • Support Sales in client engagements, renewals, and strategic account planning.
  • Capture and synthesize client feedback to refine product direction and improve the customer experience.
Leverage AI to Enhance Product Performance
  • Apply AI tools for content prioritization, competitive mapping, and scenario planning.
  • Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Develop AI-supported use cases and an agentic approach to internal dashboards that illustrate how content performance drives customer engagement and value.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You are a technically fluent, business-minded professional who thrives on translating complex technology into clear, actionable content strategy. You are passionate about the semiconductor industry and curious about how innovation at the device and package level shapes the broader technology ecosystem.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, technology research, or technical marketing within the semiconductor domain.
  • A strong understanding of one or more of: HPC system architecture, advanced packaging technologies, interconnect integration, HPC processors and memory subsystems, and Silicon photonics.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate multi-quarter product roadmaps and to coordinate execution across strategic, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Experience applying AI and analytics to guide product decisions and evaluate performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect technical depth to customer and business value.
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
