We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager to gather and align requirements to business outcomes, lead Program delivery through accreditation leveraging outcome focused reporting. You will have the opportunity to work on net new programs, process improvement, and strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, program management experience, customer focus, and an understanding of the defense sector. You will work closely with engineering, cyber-assurance, support, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
ABOUT THE JOBWHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders as the ultimate owner of a Program
- Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical initiatives, from defining requirements, through final deployment and ATO. This includes creating detailed project plans, schedule and dependency tracking, and resource strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate within engineering teams via PM tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) to organize and ensure the teams understand how their work connects to higher level milestones. Generate reports and provide clear, concise status updates to all stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, translating complex technical issues into non-technical terms when necessary.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential technical and operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive the resolution of issues and impediments before they arise.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress.
- Technical Expertise: Understand the architecture and positively influence engineering and support decisions
- Process Improvement: Define, implement, and refine program management processes and best practices to increase efficiency and execution quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exhibit a natural inclination for ownership, accountability, and action
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking capabilities to manage numerous concurrent projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into meaningful business terms, milestones, and outcomes
- Ability to inspire and guide teams, build consensus, and influence without direct authority.
- Proven experience delivering complex solutions in highly regulated environments (e.g. DoD/IC environments)

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- 10 years experience in government programs, specifically in secure spaces.
- 7 years experience in Project or Program Management or other leadership roles.
- Willingness to travel
- Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance
- PMP, ITIL, Industry Agile certifications are a plus
