Make Your Mark:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a background in project and program management in the technology SaaS industry. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to define and deliver critical initiatives related to the realization of product roadmap and Engineering initiatives. You'll Get To:

  • Consistently deliver programs and meet goals on time
  • Lead strategic programs and projects, from concept through planning, execution, delivery, and adoption
  • Manage cross program timelines, dependencies, decisions, and constraints
  • Take a thoughtful and strategic approach to getting work done and prioritizing and escalating where appropriate
  • Go deep technically when necessary to understand software architecture and software development fundamentals
  • Own status reporting, governance, proactive risk identification and risk mitigation and drive consistency across all programs to do the same
  • Develop standardization across program management best practices (processes, templates, tools, etc.)
  • Work well with ambiguity and know how to engage leaders cross-functionally to build a plan and communicate to a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders


What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with at least 3 years in a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline or substantial relevant on the job experience
  • Adaptable team player with strong collaboration skills and a focus on results and value delivery
  • Capable of facilitating engineering discussions leveraging technical aptitude and analytical skills to summarize complex trade-offs
  • Experience breaking down complex projects into technical dependencies, deliverable milestones and work with Engineers to execute and deliver these milestones
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Detail orientated and driven to keep people and processes organized
  • Experience in core project management competencies including budget, scope, schedule, requirements, quality, risk, and critical path management
  • Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development life cycle, including continuous integration and continuous delivery

  • Experience interacting with customers, senior executives, and business leaders
  • Adept in using Jira, Jira Portfolio, Confluence, MS Office
  • Knowledge of ML methodologies, AI agents, AI architectures

Salary Range:
USD $153,000.00 - USD $190,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
