As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will oversee tracking project progress within the department and deliver weekly updates to management. Your role is vital in ensuring transparent and effective communication regarding project milestones and progress, as well as providing early alerts if any project is at risk of deviating from its planned trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Identify and address communication gaps and issues promptly.
  • Support project teams in ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.

  • College or University education with focus in accounting, finance, and project management.
  • Experience in a project coordinator role.
