We are seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning SoC semiconductor products engineering activities as well as track programs’ execution and Key-Performance-Indicator. You will be also responsible for improving and developing program management workflows to increase our programs’ efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Own project schedules and execution tracking with engineering team.
  • Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.
  • Work with team leads to refine Work Breakdown Structure and build into execution schedule.
  • Drive internal signoff with engineering.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts: Front-end & Back-end Teams, Operations, Product Engineering and Test Engineering Teams
  • Facilitate cross business groups collaterals and delivery handovers
  • Define & drive process frameworks for efficient & consistent execution & quality deliverables.

What you’ll you need

  • Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimum
  • Experience in SoC development life cycle – Pre-Silicon to Post-Silicon / New-Product-Introduction to Release-To-Production
  • Experience in engineering role as part of SoC/ASIC development team for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies
  • Schedule development, tracking, and reporting with industry standard tools
  • PMP certification an asset
