Key Responsibilities

  • Help to prepare project plan & coordinate project activities from planning to implementation, and shipments.

  • Coordinate project schedules and task details. Help to prepare reports, tracking charts, and project scheduling.

  • Help to align the progress of the internal/external resources to meet project on-time delivery and revenue objectives.

  • Work with internal customers from various functional groups to clear any obstacles that may arise (requirements may be outside business process).

  • Help to manage Systems and/or NSOs from conception to shipment, and including administrative duties as directed.

  • On occasion will interface with external suppliers; monitor; and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.

  • Job function may require after office hour assistance.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Few years of experience in materials planning, production planning, or supply chain management

  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other planning software

  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and its manufacturing processes
