We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter (full cycle) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent at a high growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a full cycle technical recruiter within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity 

The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

 
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
