The Role:
As the Technical Recruiter, you will serve as the first impression of the company for engineering and technical candidates. To be successful in this role, you have the ability to tell the story about our family of companies and illustrate our mission and values. You will communicate effectively throughout the full recruiting cycle, build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, and implement new ideas on recruiting strategy. In addition to this, you are incredibly passionate about delivering the best candidate experience on behalf of a company that’s changing the landscape of an entire industry for the better.

What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer negotiations and successful close.
- Build diverse talent pipelines and apply inclusive recruiting practices to attract underrepresented and high-potential talent.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and proactively share insights and updates with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and the recruiting team to deliver a streamlined and positive hiring experience.
- Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for each role in partnership with hiring teams.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Conduct reference checks and support interview coordination, including scheduling panels when needed.
- Source and engage passive and niche candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to assess pipeline health and conversion effectiveness.
- Identify sourcing challenges and recommend strategic solutions to improve outreach and engagement.
- Leverage your personal recruiting brand and social media presence to attract high-quality candidates.
You have:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years focused on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Machine Learning).
- 1+ year of in-house corporate recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
- Demonstrated success in DE&I hiring strategies and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent through multi-touch outreach and nurturing campaigns.
- Skilled in assessing both technical proficiency and team collaboration fit during interviews.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up practices.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and a proactive, “get-it-done” mindset.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a strong moral compass grounded in ethical values.
- Open, patient, and uplifting—supportive of team members and a champion of an inclusive culture.
- Familiarity with Lever or comparable applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Team-oriented attitude and a great sense of humor.
- Passion for mission-driven work and alignment with TrueML’s values.

- Interest or experience in leveraging generative AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows and scale operational efficiency across TrueML entities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
