- Resolve high-priority incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage incident tickets, provide technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and recommend improvements for network design.
- Follow change and problem management processes for network updates and implementations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and assist with remote project implementations.
- Design and implement wireless networks, including Access Points, Controllers, and Gateways.
- Manage authentication solutions using ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) or Cisco ISE.
- Troubleshoot complex wireless network issues and provide technical support to users.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for wireless network configurations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Computer Science.
- 6+ years of experience in Network Services, with a strong focus on complex network environments.
- Proven experience in Wireless LAN design, configuration, and deployment with Aruba or Cisco technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with Aruba WLAN products and ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM).
- Expertise in complex routing design and troubleshooting across multi-vendor platforms.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve network issues, with a basic understanding of core network technologies.
- Proficiency in authentication protocols (Radius, TACACs, LDAP) and network security principles.
- Experience in requirement gathering for network solutions and a good understanding of Enterprise WLAN concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Certifications such as ACCP, ACMA, or ACCX are highly desirable.
