About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key resource for both our customers and our internal implementation team, providing expert guidance, hands-on technical support, and practical advice. You will act as a product specialist, ensuring best practices and security standards are followed throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain Windows Servers, ensuring stability, security, and performance.

· Administer and support SQL Server, including scripting and queries.

· Provide responsive, high-quality customer support, building trust and resolving technical issues efficiently.

· Support and troubleshoot at the database and application level. · Install, configure, and upgrade Soutron applications for customers in Soutron’s Cloud and on customer owned servers.

· Support pre-sales activities through technical discovery, product demos, and solution alignment.

· Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) for client implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in Windows Server management and administration.

· Strong SQL Server management and scripting skills.

· Knowledge of SSO systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID) and frameworks (e.g., SAML, OAuth).

· Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and customization.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first mindset.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have Skills

· Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate, Python).

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

· Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services (e.g., building or customizing reports).
