YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a driven, people-first Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. You’ll connect Nulogy’s strategic business goals with the top-tier talent needed to reach them, supporting hiring across our teams in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across all three markets. That means building diverse pipelines, giving every candidate a great experience wherever they’re based, and shaping how we hire across the organization. You’ll handle the realities of hiring internationally, including different labour markets, compensation norms, employment practices, and time zones, while keeping the hiring process consistent and fair.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who is comfortable digging into the data. You see recruiting as building the future of a global company, not just filling seats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment process, including Nulogy’s candidate pipeline through researching, prospecting, and screening across all teams in the organization.
  • Oversee prospective employees through a human-focused candidate experience, from sourcing to onboarding using our ATS, HRIS, and other third-party tools.
  • Working with the People & Culture team, assist in the successful centralization of talent acquisition and unify hiring practices across the organization, always asking “how can this be better?”
  • Think outside the box! Find opportunities which reach new candidates through meetups, sponsorship opportunities, job fairs, advertising campaigns, and more.
  • Collect and measure data-driven insights on hiring to deliver the best return on budget and time.
  • Work closely within our People and Culture  team to set a new standard for company culture.
  • Deeply understand and embody Nulogy’s story and values so that you can relay them to every person you interact with, both inside and outside of Nulogy.
  • Other Duties as required
EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Greenhouse, BambooHR, JazzHR).
  • A data-driven mindset — you measure what matters and use insights to improve.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles including Software Engineering, Product, and Sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you can build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A genuine passion for candidate experience and company culture.
  • Familiarity with employment law and hiring best practices in Canada.
