What You’ll Do- Lead the business analysis function for the investment banking documentation centralization project
- Manage intake and prioritization of business requests related to Qualified Financial Contracts (QFCs)
- Act as SME for the documentation portfolio, providing real-time transparency and insights
- Engage with senior stakeholders across technology and business to present gaps, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
- Maintain and evolve documentation such as project plans, BRDs, process maps, and executive summaries
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and data engineers to define document tagging, metadata capture, and feed logic
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure traceability across systems
- Ensure document structure and metadata support downstream compliance and audit readiness
- Partner with PMs to maintain up-to-date delivery plans and timelines
- Ensure traceability and auditability of documentation and data flows across systems

- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis within capital markets or investment banking
- Experience in a lead position
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and document management
- Familiarity with investment banking agreements and their regulatory context
- Experience with data integration tools and platforms (e.g., Axiom, ETL pipelines)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in process modeling, data mapping, and documentation tools
