Job Description
As a Vice President of Supply chain Lead within Global Technology's Workplace Services, you will play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in technology solutions that support core business services. Responsibilities include expertise in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, Reporting, Ariba order management, Vendor Relationship Management, and related functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of planning, logistics, and warehousing within highly reactive demand driven supply chain environments. This role requires a proactive leader who can influence and guide cross-functional, multi-skilled teams, drive process improvements, and solve complex problems. Experience working in large organizations is essential.

You'll be part of a team specifically built to meet and exceed our evolving technology needs, as well as our technology controls agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage demand forecasting, inventory management, reporting, and Ariba order management activities to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
- Oversee Vendor Relationship Management, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and ongoing collaboration to ensure high-quality service and supply continuity.
- Collaborate with planning, logistics, and warehousing teams to support efficient operations in a dynamic environment.
- Influence and lead cross-functional, multi-skilled teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
- Identify and resolve supply chain challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, SAP IBP System for Planning, PEGA for Execution, and Ariba for data analysis, reporting, and business process support.
- Work effectively within large organizations, navigating complex structures and collaborating across Line of Businesses.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on demand forecasting, inventory management, reporting, Ariba order management, and vendor relationship management.
- Procurement and Purchasing required.
- Strong understanding of planning, logistics, and warehousing functions in highly reactive supply chains.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional, multi-skilled teams.
- Demonstrated experience working in large organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Experience as a business user of SAP IBP System and Ariba.
