The Territory Account Manager drives revenue growth by owning a complex territory and consistently exceeding quota. This role leads strategic account planning, expands wallet share, and expertly navigates the full business cycle. The TAM builds deep, long-term relationships and executes effectively within the partner ecosystem. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role collaborates with leadership for targeted coaching, executive-level access, and strategic account expansion, while also providing guidance and insight to peers and identifying new growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own revenue generation by proactively identifying high-fit prospects, expanding solutions within existing accounts, and building a strong, timely pipeline that delivers repeatable, profitable growth.
- Identify Opportunities: Assess customer business and financial health, define opportunity scope, and determine pursuit viability.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Build deep customer relationships by aligning solutions to business needs, delivering consultative guidance, and serving as the primary client liaison.
- Position Differentiated Solutions: Clearly articulate value propositions and competitive advantages, ensure appropriate pricing, manage proposal milestones, and shift customer focus from products to integrated solutions.
- Sustain Momentum: Leverage early wins and customer satisfaction to grow wallet share, expand, and introduce additional account teams to unlock broader opportunities.
- Plan, Forecast, and Execute: Develop and document account strategies, prioritize pursuits across accounts, maintain a healthy funnel, and deliver accurate growth forecasts.
- Build Executive Relationships: Deepen account penetration through senior-level engagement, influence customer business planning, and ensure business flows effectively through partners to maximize discretionary spend.
- Align Execution to Strategy: Translate strategic plans into focused action, optimize resource use, address gaps, manage channel conflict when needed, and ensure all activities align with corporate priorities and goals.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 5-7 years in outside commercial capacity, independently owning a portfolio.
- Industry Experience: Power PDU/UPS, fiber optics, or datacenter sales experience in network infrastructure.
- Skills: Technically proficient self-starter with a proven ability to build and grow strong partner and distributor relationships. Skilled at penetrating accounts with tailored solutions aligned to evolving business needs.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Panduit products, competitive landscape, and value-based positioning to win deals across multiple locations. Strong deal management capability, ability to anticipate obstacles, develop alternative strategies, and mobilize resources to close opportunities.
- Location: Must reside in Greater Toronto.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 CAD. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan.
