About This Role:

Workplace Arrangements:

This is a part-time, permanent role operating onsite our at our eCommerce facility across from our Ottawa Home Office on Walkley road! The schedule is Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor site access and maintain accurate logs for temporary cards, visitor badges, keys, and equipment in alignment with established access control procedures.

  • Execute accurate and timely receiving and removal of products by following documentation, inspection, and inventory protocols to support efficient warehouse operations.

  • Assemble, disassemble, and relocate fixtures to support site layout changes, adhering to layout plans, project timelines, and all safety protocols.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and enforcing product control procedures to minimize shrink.

  • Apply first aid knowledge and proactively enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, respond effectively to incidents, and support compliance with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Completion of High School

  • Prior work experience (ideally in retail - store or warehouse locations)

  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Demonstrable attention to detail and values data integrity

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and professionally

  • Demonstrate and maintain good standing in overall job performance and compliance with health and safety policies and procedure

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and moving fixtures, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary

$45,600.00 - $68,500.00
