As a Treasury & Payments Specialist, you’ll provide cash management advice and solutions to our banking partners and our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through strategic collaboration, innovative solutions, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor on cash management strategies, products, and services.
Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand share of wallet and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development.
Lead complex deal structuring and negotiate pricing agreements.
Support product implementation and ensure seamless financial transaction setup.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and capabilities.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements that protect the bank’s assets and enhance client experience.

What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or related financial services.
Strong knowledge of cash management, investment, lending, and banking products.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
Proven track record of building relationships and driving business results.

Salary:

$56,000.00 - $103,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
