About this opportunity:
The designer will join a collaborative team focused on developing innovative hardware solutions. The team values learning, mentorship, and teamwork, with members supporting each other to solve technical challenges. The new hire will help address design and testing needs, contribute to ongoing projects, and support the team's goal of delivering reliable products that meet customer and business requirements.
What you will do:
  • The candidate should enjoy hands-on technical work, using design and simulation tools, and solving design challenges.
  • This role supports the organization's mission by contributing to innovative hardware solutions and collaborating with others to improve product quality.
  • The position offers opportunities to grow skills, work on impactful projects, and help advance technology in a supportive environment.
  • Success indicators include completing assigned design tasks, supporting testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to documentation. In the first 3 months, the candidate will learn processes and tools.
  • By 6 months, they'll assist with design and testing.
  • By 12 months, they'll contribute to project delivery, demonstrate growth in technical skills, and support the team's goals for product development

  • Fast learning, adaptability, and clear communication are essential.
