What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces that elevate our SaaS product’s usability and appeal
- Translate complex product requirements and user needs into clean, modern design solutions
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring your ideas to life
- Maintain, evolve, and scale our design system, component libraries, and style guides
- Contribute proactively with new ideas to improve our product’s performance, accessibility, and design consistency
- Balance pixel-perfection with practicality in a fast-paced, agile development cycle
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
- Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving teams with shifting priorities
- Mastery of modern design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite also valued)
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX design capabilities across multiple platforms and product types
- Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, spacing, and responsive design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can confidently share ideas, take feedback, and iterate
- Comfortable working on-site with a cross-functional team
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in the dental, healthcare, or AI-driven product space
- Familiarity with frontend development capabilities or design handoff tools
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
