The person in this hunter role will be accountable for the sales of defined solutions to franchise/independent car dealerships aligned with the Company objectives.
This is a regional position encompassing states listed in the posting. Preference will go to in region applicants.
What You'll Do:
Primary Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Use the Challenger based selling approach to manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities.
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to provide feedback to clients on industry trends, strategies, and challenges.
  • Manage sales activities via CRM, build and manage active pipeline, submit accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years' experience in a related field; or 10 years' experience in a related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • Travel for this role will be up to 25%, with some overnight trips.
  • Experience selling KBB ICO, Vauto Provision and or Manheim products.
  • 5+ years' experience of either, or a combination of: Working in a dealership (preferably at a management level).
  • Successful sales account management experience within the auto, software, or technology solutions industries.
  • Equivalent experience in sales and auto.
  • Experience utilizing CRM technology.
  • Understanding and demonstration of Challenger skills.
  • Proven experience of achieving and exceeding personal sales goals, coaching sales team members/peers to deliver outstanding sales results, value proposition, customer satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Experience working in "hybrid" field sales role.
  • Ability to tailor communication to the client's needs



USD 76,600.00 - 114,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $76,600.00 - $114,800.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $85,000.00.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
