JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brand’s Franchise Services group is looking for a Driven Program Manager who wants to make a difference! The Program Manager role is an entry level position that allows for long-term growth and development! This role is remote and can be based in the US or Canada

Reporting to the Senior Director of Franchise Management and supporting our Operations, Marketing, and Sales segments, this role is responsible for overseeing, organizing and growing membership and participation in franchise events focused on education and training, performance and profitability as well fostering business and operations strategies across Collision and North America. Featured events are the Collision groups in-market meetings and training, Performance Groups (EPG’s), New Store Orientation, as well as supporting Franchise Advisory Boards and project managing deliverables connected to our franchise engagement metrics.

What you’ll Drive:  

  • Using a project management approach, outline deliverables and perform tasks associated with solid event planning. Duties include, not limited to, researching and securing venues, planning, and managing event calendars, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, monitoring time and budgets.
  • Responsibilities include planning and executing training events and developing quality training programs that are immediately applicable, industry-leading, and positively contribute to the growth of the Franchisee’s success.
  • Creativity, organizational skills, and superb interpersonal skills are used to amplify the brands and deliver on event objectives.
  • Networking and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization to create solid agenda and content.
  • Manager will actively engage with participants, leading up to, during and after the event using multiple forms of communication. This includes developing and distributing announcements, excite and track participation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to execute projects related to increasing franchise engagement across a number of areas of the business – platform usage, email readership, event participation and monitor metrics for improvement.
  • Leverage the company’s LMS platform and training resources.
  • Keeps internal stakeholders informed by presenting meeting and event objectives along with post-event reports to key stakeholders. Initiates feedback surveys for continuous improvement.
  • This function coordinates and hosts virtual training (internally and externally focused), corporate and Franchise facing Town Hall events.

  • Highly collaborative team player. Possess a strong service mentality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to take abstract thinking and thoughts and fine tune to actionable deliverables.
  • Effective presentation skills and strong comfort in hosting/leading groups.
  • Poised and professional. Proven history, working effectively in a cross-functional team environment and with executive leadership.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, pivoted and be a champion of change.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities. Seasoned at writing and presenting succinct summaries for senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Analytical and Process Improvement Oriented. Be process-oriented and able to follow, as well as actively participate, in continuous improvement initiatives to improve the business and exceed team and operational outcomes.
  • Working proficiency in CRM tools; specifically, Smartsheet and FranConnect.
  • Strong process orientation, experience in documenting and writing SOPs to support workflow and staff efficiencies.
  • Diplomatic and transparent. The successful candidate will value diplomacy and thrive in an environment where scorecards, accountability and transparency are valued.
  • 3-5 years of program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Compensation Range:

$19.35 - $111,300.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
