What you'll do...Role summary:
The Principal, Platform Product Manager leads the development and execution of complex product strategies by identifying customer and operational needs and driving scalable solutions. About the team:
The team develops Marty, an AI enterprise platform tailored for B2B clients, focusing on product strategy, roadmap creation, and stakeholder communication to deliver scalable solutions. Emphasizing data-driven decision-making and advanced AI strategies, the team addresses complex customer challenges. Collaboration across functions ensures process optimization, continuous learning, and alignment with business objectives. The group upholds integrity, adaptability, and innovation while fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards in product management and technology adoption.
What you'll do:
  • Build enterprise B2B agentic platform partnering with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Managers from Walmart B2B domains.
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and developing clear priorities.
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead product strategy formulation using data-driven insights and AI product knowledge to identify new value opportunities.
  • Build scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences, optimizing product journeys and operational workflows.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to secure resources, remove obstacles, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement through rapid prototyping, lean experimentation, and performance measurement.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics), Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
