About Us

G Adventures is the world’s largest small-group adventure travel company and we’ve been making epic travel memories happen on all seven continents for over 30 years.
Our mission is simple: to change lives through travel. And not just our travelers’ either. Since day one, our tours have been built to establish meaningful relationships with local communities, directly benefiting the people and places we visit at every step of our tours.
With the demand for travel coming back strong, we are set up and excited for this next chapter in our company’s story — and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
Our DNA revolves around building, nurturing, and developing a diverse culture of people and a true sense of belonging, where everyone is encouraged to bring their authentic self to work each and every day. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, and yourself, alongside a passionate, talented, and welcoming community that works hard to spread goodness around the world.
If all that sounds like your kind of thing, well, we can’t wait for you to join us.

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Marketing & E-commerce team and play a key role in transforming the digital experience of our digital properties.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll design intuitive, inspiring, and user-friendly experiences that guide travellers through every stage of their journey — from dreaming about their next trip to booking it. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Developers, and Content teams to turn insights into flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring the traveller journey to life.

User Experience Design

  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to address business and traveler needs.

  • Conduct usability reviews, competitor benchmarking, and incorporate feedback to improve navigation and accessibility.

  • Ensure designs follow accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and performance guidelines.

Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Developers and Content teams to translate requirements into functional designs.

  • Present design concepts and articulate rationale to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to documentation of design processes, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Project and Resource Management
  • Create and maintain reusable design assets, including components, layouts and templates in Figma.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing day-to-day site updates with large-scale redesign initiatives.

  • Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.

Continuous Learning and Innovation
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the company’s digital presence.

  • Advocate for user-centered design practices across the company.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of UX or product design experience (e-commerce or content-rich sites preferred).

  • Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design.

  • Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

  • Experience translating insights into intuitive, customer-centered solutions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.

Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred).

  • Experience with personalization, A/B testing, or conversion optimization.

  • Exposure to UI/visual design (typography, color, layouts).

  • Working knowledge of front-end development constraints and modern frameworks.

  • Experience in the travel industry

  • Learning and growth opportunities
