Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•    Own and grow strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) accounts.
•    Drive account growth through consultative selling, solutioning, proactive propositions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
•    Provide strong energy domain leadership across Generation, Transmission, Utilities, and LNG operations.
•    Partner with clients on data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
•    Lead large-scale engagements from solution definition through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and client satisfaction.
•    Work closely with sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams to develop differentiated insurance solutions and proposals.
•    Build practice capabilities, reusable offerings, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies for the E&I portfolio.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

15+ years of experience with significant leadership experience in the E&I Consulting and Solutioning domain.
Strong track record in client engagement, account growth, consulting, solutioning, and large-program delivery.
Strong understanding of modern insurance technology, data, cloud, analytics, and AI transformation.
Excellent executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Experience working with similar consulting companies and managing relationships with CXOs.

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
