What you’ll do at Deel

Deel is revolutionizing the way businesses manage their global workforces with innovative products and services. With a growing portfolio of over 10 core offerings, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on operational leader to join our team as the Vice President of Revenue Operations. This role is crucial to driving consistency, efficiency, and alignment across our sales processes while enabling frictionless growth.

About the Role:
As the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will own the strategy and execution of revenue operations, ensuring that sales processes, systems, and KPIs are optimized to support our ambitious growth goals. Reporting to the COO, you will operationalize processes, align cross-product sales efforts, and provide actionable insights to grease the wheels of sales with minimal friction. You’ll lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to build systems and processes from the ground up, and ensuring consistency across our diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with Deel’s growth objectives.

  • Build and optimize sales systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across 10 core products and over 50 offerings.

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to align sales efforts and measure success across all product lines.

  • Collaborate with sales, enablement, and product teams to eliminate silos and ensure seamless onboarding and sales processes.

  • Lead pipeline planning, sales quotas, and revenue forecasting to provide clear visibility and actionable insights to leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement solutions with minimal bureaucracy, leveraging external or internal tools as needed.

  • Act as a hands-on operational leader, taking calculated risks to achieve tangible results.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales and revenue strategies.

  • Evaluate and potentially incorporate enablement functions under Revenue Operations to further enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar operational leadership role.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from the ground up, either using external tools or internal systems.

  • Strong understanding of sales systems, quotas, pipeline planning, and operational KPIs.

  • Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments with complex product portfolios.

  • Hands-on, scrappy, and results-driven, with the ability to execute efficiently without over-relying on theory or conceptual frameworks.

  • Ability to align and drive consistency across siloed product lines and processes.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve impactful outcomes.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role at a fast-scaling technology company.

  • Familiarity with revenue operations across global markets and diverse product offerings.

  • Experience working with enablement teams or incorporating enablement functions under revenue operations.
