Produce and edit a variety of video content (corporate, educational, animated, product, testimonials, narrative). Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, apply motion graphics/animation and audio synchronization, and deliver polished videos meeting client requirements while being available for meetings during US EST business hours.

As a Video Production Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for creating and editing video content across various formats to meet client and project requirements. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and bring them to life through high-quality video production. Your role will include working on corporate videos, educational content, animated explainers, product showcases, and more.
Starting as a part-time position during a 30-day probation period, this role offers the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance. You will be required to be available during US EST business hours for meetings and briefs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines. Your expertise in video production and editing will play a key role in delivering compelling visual content that engages and informs the target audience.
Required Experience | Skillsets:
- Proficient in digital media video production and specialized editing.
- Experience in creating a wide range of video content, including Corporate, Animated, Educational, Explainer, Behind-the-scenes, Entertaining, Testimonials, Product, and Narrative videos.
- Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality video content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and special effects.
- Experience with audio editing and synchronization with visual content.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
