The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining a modern, engaging website that reflects our brand identity and communicates the value of our technology. This role combines creative design expertise with web development knowledge to deliver a seamless, visually stunning digital experience for customers, partners, and prospects.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly website layouts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and animations to enhance web content and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into compelling visuals and web pages.
  • Optimize the website for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Maintain and update web content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual elements.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve website usability and design.
  • Stay updated on web design trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our digital presence cutting-edge.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in web design and creative design, ideally in the tech or SaaS space.
  • Proficiency in web design tools (Webflow, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of front-end development (basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) or experience working with developers.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional web and creative design work.
