You’ll work closely with finance and cross-functional teams to keep our financial processes running smoothly, improve reporting and analytics, and help identify ways to make our systems even better. This role is key to keeping things accurate, efficient, and compliant — and it’s a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in a high-impact area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and support Central 1’s financial systems, including setting up configurations, workflows, security, and integrations.

  • Work with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and turn them into system improvements.

  • Handle system updates, patches, and enhancements while minimizing disruptions to day-to-day work.

  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to help support decision-making.

  • Provide training and support to users, and troubleshoot any system issues quickly.

  • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and security to make sure everything meets policy and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments (like IT, HR, and FP&A) to improve and connect systems.

  • Keep up with best practices and new features in financial systems, and look for ways to improve processes.

  • Help test and roll out new features and system upgrades.

  • Create and maintain clear documentation of system settings, processes, and procedures.

  • Support other financial reporting tasks as needed.

What you'll have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Workday Financials or a similar financial system, including administration and setup.

  • Good understanding of financial processes like general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

  • Familiar with key Workday Financials modules, such as Core Financial Management, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Management.

  • Experience managing, configuring, and supporting financial systems.

  • Skilled in using Workday reporting and analytics tools, including Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to troubleshoot complex system issues.

  • Detail-oriented and well organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work with different groups and help users.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Workday Financials certification or similar ERP certification.

  • Experience with Workday Financials implementations and upgrades.

  • Knowledge of integration tools like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio.

  • Familiarity with other financial systems and how they connect with Workday Financials.

Salary range: $70,000-$84,000

The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
