We are looking to have a bilingual (French/English) Workplace Change Analyst join our team!  This position can be held hybrid from Montreal, QC; Quebec City, QC, Ottawa, ON or Toronto, ON.

SUMMARY 

The Workplace Change Analyst will support the delivery of workplace experience, engagement & change management solutions that produce meaningful change, promote innovation and collaboration within the work environment to our clients. Working closely with TFMS team members and the client organizations, the Workplace Change Analyst I supports solutions that aim to align the work environment and work practices with organizational business goals at the site & project level. The Workplace Change Analyst I should have interest and/or experience in the areas of workplace experience, change management, communications and learning design & delivery.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Design & Delivery

  • Supports the development of in-class and virtual training solutions based on client needs using current learning methodologies.
  • Supports the development of learning content including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, facilitator and participant materials and tools, experiential scenarios and simulations, assessment and evaluation strategy and tools
  • Have the knowledge of current learning and change management methodologies.
  • Support or training (classroom and virtual classroom) and participate in Train-the-Trainer activities
  • Prepare, support and document outcomes of workshops for change management & interior design services
  • Draft, maintain and create preliminary report out of Design Consultation tool surveys 
  • Deploy training evaluations, monitor feedback and make recommendations for future changes to course design.
  • Maintain and deploy training communication and change management tools

Program Administration & Support

  • Curate training & communication content from a variety of sources to include in the development of holistic change management plans.
  • Maintain learning tools; ensures on-going maintenance through collaboration with key stakeholders, provide quarterly and ad hoc reports on training initiatives and performance indicators
  • Support the Senior Workplace Strategist, or Workplace Strategist on all workplace change & training initiatives.
  • Creates job aids suggests new administrative processes and modifies existing training materials.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Advisory Coordinator to perform program administration; communicate information to learners, generate reports, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to create visuals including; training posters, job aids, learning materials, etc.
  • Support workplace programs, initiatives and transitions, performing other duties, as required

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Post-secondary education and/or professional certification (CTDP, Adult Education, Instructional Design, PROSCI, ACMP, etc.)
    • One (1) to Three (3) years’ experience with adult learning principles, design and workplace change projects
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,), Adobe, MS Project . (Comfortable dealing with issues and people.  Strong communication skills.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Excellent documentation & written communication skills)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.   
  • Strong analytical skills.            
  • Team-oriented and flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Service driven.        

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

  • Working towards a CTDP designation or
  • Working towards PROSCI or ACMP certification

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $52,864 - $66,080 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
