Loopio is growing its Sales team! We’re looking for a hard-working and self-motivated individual who is passionate about sales and wants to grow their career in our fast-paced organization! The ideal candidate has a strong blend of strategic thinking, previous SaaS experience and a self-starter attitude.

The Account Executive role for our SMB segment (selling into companies with up to 250 employees size) is a pivotal revenue-generating role at Loopio and the team has a significant impact on our growth. You are curious, know how to listen, and understand what prospects are really saying.

You are a B2B SaaS Sales professional who is excited to sell to Sales, Security, and Proposal Management teams.  You work with prospects to help solve their challenges and help them identify solutions to challenges they may not know they have.You will have a direct impact on the growth of the sales organization and, more importantly, play a key role in the success of Loopio!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Play a key role in growing Loopio through driving net new business and closing exciting sales opportunities

  • Identify, prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through both cold and warm leads

  • Run online demos of the Loopio platform for prospective clients, showing them the benefits of our platform in action

  • Developing and positioning businesses cases in collaboration with clients and negotiating sales proposals

  • Managing relationships with prospects until net new business is closed won and collaborating with internal stakeholders for effective and seamless CS handovers

  • Diligently following up on current opportunities and revive inactive opportunities through varying forms of communication

  • Work closely with Product team to help evolve the Loopio Platform based on market and customer developments

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • A growth mindset and a willingness to embrace change quickly in order to adapt for success

  • A hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and develop new business sales opportunities through multi-channel cold outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.

  • The ability to deliver quality demos and leading conversations with curiosity to fully discover our potential clients business and pain points, and effectively articulate the Loopio value

  • A consultative led sales engagement approach which can showcase the overall value of our Platform to multiple stakeholders

  • 2 years + of experience in a B2B full cycle sales role. SaaS Industry knowledge is preferred

Where You’ll Work📍

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.

  • Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

  • The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC). 

  • We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!

  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
