Role Overview:

Could you be our next Insurance Sales Agent, Existing Customers? Globe Life is looking for an Insurance Sales Agent, Existing Customers to join the team!

In this role, you will engage existing customers through phone calls, applying consultative sales techniques to match them with coverage solutions tailored to their individual needs.

A Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license is required for this role; however, if you do not yet hold one, Globe Life invests in your success by covering the cost of obtaining your license.

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Drive sales by engaging with existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to identify and present additional coverage options tailored to their needs.
  • Clearly communicate policy benefits and confidently guide customers toward informed coverage decisions with professionalism and care.
  • Accurately process policy documentation, correspondence, and service corrections to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • A Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license is required for this position. If you are not yet licensed, we will pay for you to obtain the necessary licensing.
  • At least one year of customer service, phone-based sales, or related customer-facing experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism, tact, and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and computer-based systems.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of Life and Health insurance operations is a plus.
