As an Infrastructure Analyst, Storage & Compute Services, you will provide hands-on technical expertise for FCT’s enterprise storage and compute platforms. Reporting to the Team Lead, Storage & Compute Services, you will implement, operate, monitor and improve resilient infrastructure across production, pre-production and disaster recovery environments, while contributing to projects, incident resolution, documentation and operational readiness.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

• Monitor availability, capacity, performance, replication, backup integration and overall platform health across production, pre-production and disaster recovery environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and problems, acting as a senior technical escalation within established support and change processes.
• Deliver infrastructure components for projects, including technical analysis, implementation planning, testing, documentation, handover and post-implementation support.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, standards, procedures, inventories, recovery instructions and configuration records.
• Identify and implement approved improvements that strengthen reliability, security, automation, supportability and cost effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Team Lead, peers, vendors, project teams and internal partners; share knowledge and provide practical guidance to less experienced team members.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of enterprise storage and compute infrastructure.

• 5+ years of related infrastructure experience, including hands-on administration and support of enterprise storage platforms.

• Demonstrated experience with Pure Storage FlashArray, Purity and Pure1, together with storage area networks, Fibre Channel connectivity, snapshots, replication, capacity planning and performance analysis.
